We're currently helping set up a portfolio management office for an Australian firm, providing advisory and process management skills to their team. 

Methodologies are just one component of a successful system implementation, and the primary methodology that we use is people centred. We like to focus on the people who will be involved in a change, and work out how to bring them along on the journey.

Using too many Business Analysts on the client side doesn't work - fully engaging your full time members of staff in a project and backfilling them with temporary resources enables your people to get competent and familiar with new processes, organisation structures and technology that projects introduce.

Portfolio, Program and Project Management

• Using P3M3, PrinceII, Oracle’s OUM/AIM and other methodologies, we bring projects in on budget.
• Our program management experience includes the definition of blueprints and business cases for a number of significant change programmes, and also includes the initiation/setup of programme management offices (PMO's), with all the necessary on-boarding, invoicing, timesheeting, document management, project portal and other tools that are required for success.
• We have used Oracle's old methodology (applications implementation methodology, or AIM) and the newest methodologies (Oracle's Unified Methodology), for the implementation and upgrade of the eBusiness Suite, Fusion Middleware, Fusion Portal (Webcenter Portal).
• We have good experience with PrinceII as a project management methodology, including it's implementation in the Asset Lifecycle Management processes.
